Who we are
The Superpower Method coaching service is operated by Shmaya David, a Master Certified Coach (MCI/EMCI) with more than twenty years of experience. The service is delivered through a web-based chat at superpowerapp.io and uses artificial intelligence to process the content of your conversation.

What we collect
During the coaching process we store:
- Your email address (used to sign in and to send your results)
- Your name and chosen form of address
- The full content of your conversation — every message sent and received
- The output of the AI analysis (operating principles, core drivers, and so on)
- The final Inner Compass built together with you
- Feedback scores, if you choose to share them
- A payment record (your email and payment status) for beta access
Your conversations contain sensitive personal content. We treat this with the highest importance and handle the information accordingly.
Why we use the information
- The coaching process: analysing the conversation to build your personal Compass
- Service improvement: reviewing general patterns to improve quality — without personal identification
- Technical support: resolving problems and errors if they occur
- Account and payment: granting and managing your access
We do not use your information for advertising, sales, or transfer to third parties for any of those purposes.
Who sees the information
- Shmaya David — operator and developer of the service
- Anthropic (Claude API) — conversation content passes through the API for processing. Under its default policy, Anthropic does not train its models on API data. Anthropic's policy
- Supabase — our data storage provider. Servers are located in the European Union (Ireland). Supabase's policy
- Resend — our email delivery provider, used to send sign-in codes and your results. Resend's policy
- PayPal — processes beta-access payments. Card details are handled by PayPal and are never seen or stored by us. PayPal's policy
Storage and security
- All data is stored on secure servers in the European Union
- Access to data is limited and controlled
- Communication is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
- We retain conversation data for 12 months from the date of your last conversation
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the information held about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete all of your information
- Object to the processing of your information

support@eCoachingSuccess.com from the address you used to sign in.
We will handle the request within 48 hours and send confirmation.
Minimum age
The service is intended for those aged 18 and over. The methodology is based on accumulated life experience and is not suitable for minors. If we discover that a minor has used the service, we will delete their information immediately.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify active users by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
